NOTES FROM MEETING:
Present: Kyle, Hardy, Beth, Marcy and Matt
1) Royal Lane. Question from Owner: Any additional road impact fees,
etc for improving this site as it relates to Royal Lane? Response from
Matt: No, No additional anticipated
2) Sandy Lake: Same Question: No, Both roads are on Capital ,,-'~
Improvement Schedule
3) Storm impact fee's No further fees are expected.
A schedule was produced depicting the schedule for the Road improvements
along Sandy Lake/Royal. Schedule was used to coincide construction
documents (tie-in's to city drainage plans, and schedule of construction ~
to coincide with city's)
-'/Median opening discussed. Only one allowed between N Point and Royal.
500-600 feet for Median.
Matt discussed allowing for plat of fire lane
FURTHER DISCUSSION OF STORM DRAINAGE:
-Sandy lake city plans include storm drainage for both Sandy Lake and
Royal. Drainage at Sandy to include Large
Drainage on north side of road. Royal drainage on West side of street.
Matt discussed the 7x3 drainage must be contiued to connect to Royal
Owner asked if there would be an owner fee for this, and Matt responded
he did not believe there would be a fee, however the owner would need to
tie into city planned drainage at the Royal side by either going under
Royal, otherwise current drainage (exposed ditch) running across
property would need to tie into the city planned drainage at Sandy Lake. ~.~""
Owners choices are: divert drainage to West side of Royal, or locate
drainage to tie into City planned Sandy Lake drainage on South Side.
Option to keep open ditch drainage discussed. City proposing to keep
open drainage at North Sandy Lake, so anticipated the city would accept
open ditch if we were to propose
Design of building per Matt must be a percent stone if more than 100 ft
of articulation. Color board required
