RE: Old Coppell Townhomes
Dear Mr. Frost:
On Augnst 17, 2004 a walk-thru inspection was scheduled for the captioned addition. At that
time the utility facilities were not complete, but the streets and drainage were checked as
scheduled. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance:
1. Rework the throat of the inlet on the south side of McNear Drive.
2. Seal the sawed cuts and inlet joints in the curbs.
3. Clean the storm drain outfall pipe.
4. Install traffic button at median on McNear Drive. You may call Per Birdsall at 972-462-5171
