Dear Ken,
Greetings! Hope your work is going well today!
I appreciate your taking time to visit with me at the recent
Town Forum Meeting on the Sandy Lake Road project.
Obviously, you have spent a lot of time and done a lot of
hard work to bring the project to this Point. I appreciate
the leadership that you are giving our community!
I also want to affirm with you, from our conversation, that
there is an openness by the city for us to change the
proposed curb cuts for driveways into our property. If I
heard you correctly, we would go ahead with our basic design
and the city will work its approval process as we prepare to
plan our property and submit building plans. You will
remember that we discussed the fact that with changing the
location of the driveway(s) that it will affect the
landscaping design. I heard an openness on your part to
work with us in adjusting the proposed landscaping to fit
the driveway situation. If you have a different
understanding of our conversation, I would appreciate your
writing me as soon as you can.
Again, thanks for your support of our project at Rejoice!
Hope to see you again soon!
Sincerely,
Kenneth W. Hovland
