As per the County's request, this letter is your official notification that the City of Coppell
approves of the preliminary grades for Belt Line Road, Dallas County Project No. 490-403.1/
91-829. It is the City's understanding that after the preliminary grade approval has been given,
minor grade revisions can still be requested due to unforeseen furore conditions.
