Prelinfinary Grade Approval
Dear Mr. Martin:
Thank you for your review comments dated January 25, 1996. The comments are fairly minor
in nature and the County's consultant will be directed to make the changes and additions that you
requested. However, the letter did not provide the preliminary grade approval that the County
has requested. It is necessary for your city to provide preliminary grade approval before the
consultant can be released to begin preparation of the drainage plans.
After the preliminary grade approval is given, minor grade revisions can still be requested due
to unforseen future conditions. The steps following preliminary grade approval include
preliminary drainage approval, right-of-way document preparation, and final plans and
specifications.
Please indicate, by letter, if the City of Coppell can provide the preliminary grade approval at
