Re: Freeport North Business Park
Mr. Marvin:
in response to your request, Duke Construction, L.P. has designed the three (3) facilities known
as Freeport XI, XII and XIII (ULine Corporation) to bc servcd by separate ~vater and irrigation
meters. In regards to the fire protection meters, we currently track those costs separately for each
building and collect fees from each Tenant as part of their "Common Area Maintenance" cost.
Thesc costs are written into thc Lease agreements with cach Tcnant.

In response to your request, Duke Construction, L.l'. has designcd the thrce (3) facilities known
as Frecport XI, XII and XIII (ULinc Corporation) to bc servcd by scparalc watcr and irrigation
meters. Ihe eight inch (8") fire protcclion loop for the properties has two (2) vaults with meters
for the fire protection system. Currently, since Duke owns all the properties, the water bills for
testing this systcm are paid by Duke through a Conunon Area Maintcnance (CAM) lee to all
Tenants xvithin thcse facilities.
Should any or all of these properties be sold by thc Duke parmcrship. Duke agrccs to notify the
appropriate parties of the cosls associatcd with thc watcr usage assocJatcd ~vith thcsc lines.
