safety concern
Hello,
I live at 216 Highland Meadow Circle. I wanted to tell you of a street
safety concern. Due to the new landscaping on Sandy Lake, there are
obstructed views. When you are at North bound Highland Meadow at the stop
sign and wanting to turn left, the view to west bound traffic on Sandy Lake
is obstructed. Now it is true that a person can turn right there and see
east bound traffic just fine, but the fact is, most drivers that want to go
west bound, will probably try to turn left. I think the planting is all very
nice, but at that location it does create a hazard. To add to the problem,
it is at the top of the hill, thus makin9 oncoming west bound traffic even
more difficult to see,
