Dear Mr. Lunsford:
As recommended by Turner Collie & Braden Inc., our consultant for the referenced
prc~iect, the City of Coppcll accepts the change from D.I.P. installed by bore and
open-cut to HDPE pipe installed by directional drill. Thc contractor and the City
understand and agree that no additional compensation will be provided and that the
HDPE pipe sections will be paid lbr as if the ductile iron pipc was installed.
