Permanent Water Line Easement
Dear Staten:
The City of Coppell is currently working with the engineering firm of Birkhoff, Hendricks &
Conway, LLP., to design the S.H. 121 Water Line Project. Line 'A' begins at thc intersection of
S.H. 121 and N Coppcll Road and runs northwest, generally within the southern right-of-way of
S.H. 121. to Denton Tap Road. Linc 'B' comes offof Line 'A' and crosses under the future S.H.
121 Bypass and ties into the existing 8-inch water line located in the Coppell Greens Phase Two
Addition. The project is in the final design phase and the City is in the process of acquiring the
land rights necessary to construct the project. It will be nccessary to acquire a 15-foot permanent
water line easement on property that is ex,ned by you.
With this letter I am providing a copy of the permanent water line easement necessary, for the
construction of the S.H. 121 Water Linc Project. Please review thc enclosed document and let me
know if you have any questions or if you wish to vicw thc construction plans. It is anticipated
that construction will begin in October 2004.
