Dear Mr. Saunders:
Please be informed t~at a review ks underway of your plans
concerning the referenced project. At your request, the "ballpark"
cost estimate to adjust Lone Star Gas Company facilities to
accommodate the road project is $85,000. This estimate is subject
to review after thirty (30) days.
Am I have discussed with you and Ken Griffin (Coppell City
~ngineer) by phone, there is some confusion concerning whether or
not the existing Moore Road right-of-way line is correctly shown,
in Eelation to the Lone Star Gas Company easement and pipeline on
the~northside of Sandy Lake Road. It is my understanding you will
be An contact with us shortly whether your plans are in error.
It iS requested that we be provided as much information as
possible from your office (construction drawings - plan and
profile) so that a formal (detailed) estimate of cost along with
relocation drawings can be prepared concerning reimbursement of
cost.
