As a result of meeting with you onsite Tuesday, August 24°', you furnished me with a Storm
Water Pollution Prevention Plan from Hennessey Engineering (copy attached). Please follow
this approved plan and its required maintenance activities on a daily basis.
Once again, we are in a position to notify you that you are not in compliance according to the
plan contained in the Hennessey letter. Please make the necessary corrections to attain
compliance immediately and notify me when the corrections have been completed.
