The City of Coppell is working with the firm of Teague Nail & Perkins on the design of
Sandy Lake Road, from SH 121 to Coppell Road N. The plans and specifications
are 90% complete and the dty is in the process of acquiring the right-of-way. The
city is trying to determine a bid date for the project and would appreciate the following
information related to your facility:
1. Does Quest have any facilities that will have to be relocated within the project
limits?
2. Once the right-of-way is acquired and the utilities asked to relocate, how long will
it take for Quest to prepare relocation plans and relocate the facilities?
