Avenue Tulsa, Oklahoma 74146 Bethel Road ST 99-05 360Networks/Qwest Relocations Dear Mr. Porter: As per your request, enclosed is the following information associated with the utility relocation on Bethel Road: 1. Electronic files of the Bethel Road plans prepared by TranSystems. The right-hand turn lane from Bethel Road south onto Royal Lane has been removed. The right-hand turn lane from Bethel Road north onto Freeport Parkway has been removed. 2. A copy of the Water Master Plan that shows the location of the water line extension at the west end of the project. The proposed sewer line will start at the existing manhole at the intersection of Koyal Lane and Bethel Road and extend eastward to the east property line of the Hogg parcel. It has not been determined whether the sewer line will be constructed, so there are no design plans for the line. I will keep you updated on this matter.
