To whom it may concern,
On 23 August 2004, the Engineering Dept. of the City of Coppell received the 1st submittal of engineering
plans for the McAnelly Addition project. The submittal was not accompanied by a submittal letter.
The items submitted, quantity of plan sets and date of submittal cannot be properly documented without a
signed submittal letter.
In the future, please make sure a submittal letter is included with all plan submittals.
