Dear Mr. Marvin:
JR Rose Development LLC agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both Keith Marvin
pemonally as well as the City of Coppell for any changes to the grading plans that could
possibly occur as the final engineering documents finish the City's process of approval.
It is the intent of the contractor, JR Rose Development LLC, to begin the grade work at
the site to expedite the conslruction timeline and deliver their product to the market in as
timely a manner as possible and to work with the City to deliver a high quality townhouse
subdivision for the benefit of all.
