This proposal addresses the pavement repair and open-cutting of the concrete sidewalk for the playground at
Sta. 41+30 of Line "A" on the above referenced prOJect. The original construction plans called for ~;his
concrete pavement to be bored (Sta. 41,08 thru 41+53, Lme A ). Due to the timing of our construction and
in the interests of promding a credit to thc Owner. The bore was deleted and the concrete was saw out,
removed, and replaced once the 20" force main had been installed. This proposal represents a credit to the
Owner for this change. This work has been completed at this time, please execute a project change order as
soon as possible so that payment can be made for this work.
If appropriate, please authorize this proposal with a signature and fax back to our office.
