Yes, I feel sure that we are talking about the same line. The tranmission circuit with TXU Electric Delivery
is the only thing that Brazos owns along Sandy Lake Road.

I have been in touch with Richard Brewster. He has indicated that three concrete poles will have to be
relocated near the TXU Electric Delivery substation, They are currently preparing the relocation plans. Do
you know if these are the joint ownership utilities?

I've been out of town and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. Brazos Electric has joint ownership
of a double-circuit electric transmission line with TXU along the north side of Sandy Lake Road. I'm not
sure at this time which company would be involved in designing and relocating the line. Have you been in
contact with TXU about relocating these facilities?

The City of Coppell is working with the firm of Teague Nail & Perkins on the design of Sandy Lake Road,
from SH 121 to Coppell Road N. The plans and specifications are 90% complete and the city is in the
process of acquiring the right-of-way. The city is trying to determine a bid date for the project and would
appreciate the following information related to your facility.

1. Does Brazos Electric have any facilities that will have to be relocated within the project limits?
2. Once the right-of-way is acquired and the utilities asked to relocate, how long will it take for Brazos
