BEING 0.097 acres of land located in the J. PARISH SURVEY, Abstract No.
1139, Dallas County, Texas, and crossing the tract of land conveyed to
The Sovereign Corporation by the deed recorded in Volume 95097, Page 751
by the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas. Said 0.097 acres being more
particularly described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said
Corporation Tract, being the intersection of the existing South
right-of-way line of Sandy Lake Road with the East right-of-way
line of Moore Road;
THENCE N 89° 07' 36" E 485.28 feet along the existing South right-
of-way line of said Sandy Lake Road to a 1/2" iron rod found at the
Northeast corner of said Corporation Tract;
