Dear Mr. Louviere:
We received today an Erosion Control Escrow check in the amount of $800.00. The
erosion control measures in the subject location are not complete and are not functioning
properly as installed; therefore this payment may have been premature.
Please advise this office of the date when the erosion control plan will be complete. After
that date please forward an updated summary of costs for all the erosion control structures
(with a check in the appropriate additional amount if applicable), once they have been
