This letter is written as a follow-up to the July 3, 1997 letter concerning the acquistion of right-
of-way from your property located along Sandy Lake Road. The following represents an offer
from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of the necessary right-of-way:
1. Acquisition of permanent right-of-way at $3.00/Sq.ft. x 1,667 sq. ft. $ 5,001.00
2. Acquisition of a temporary slope easement $0.69/sq.ft. x 1,841 sq.ft. 1,270.29
3. Drainage easement $1.50/sq.ft. x 225 sq. ft. 337.50
4. No assessment for the Sandy Lake Road improvements per July 1, 1997
Council action (redevelopment of the property w~ill require adherence to
the City's Roadway Impact Fee Ordinance).
Total $6,608.79
If this is acceptable to you please sign below and return to me. Once I have received the letter,
I w~ill start the process for payment of the $6,608.79. When the check has been processed we
can arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet to notarize the document in exchange for the
check.

Enclosed are the necessary documents for acquisition of right-of-way from your pmpeWj located
along Sandy Lake Road in Coppell. In speaking with Leon Russell, it was his opinion that to
expedite the proc~s of providing the check to you in exchange for th~ easements, we should mail
the necessary documents to you. Please have your signature notarized on the two documents and
return them to Mr. Russell along with written permission for him to pick up your $6,608.79 check-
in exchange for the notarized documents. Also, the Finance Department will need your social
security number for bookkeeping purposes. Without your social security number we cannot release
the check.
