above referenced project will not be submitted on the contracted date of June 15, 1994.
The plans will instead be submitted at the meeting we have scheduled for June 22, 1994
at 2:00 PM. At that time, Rady & Associates will review the preliminary plans submittal
with staff to address design assumptions and content of the plans to help expedite your
review process.
