A meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, June 2, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. in the second floor
conference room to discuss the landscaping associated with Sandy Lake Road. A major
component of this meeting will be discussion of irrigation systems, sprinkler heads, etc. It would
be very helpful if whomever is responsible for that type of facility, in the Public Works
Department, could be in attendance at the meeting.
Also, a meeting has been scheduled June 22, 1994 at 2:00 p.m., in the second floor conference
room for Rady and Associates to submit the preliminary construction plans. The meeting is
scheduled so that they can brief the City on the plans and discuss some of the components of the
plans prior to the City reviewing the plans.
