Sandy Lake Coppell, TX 75019 Re: Sandy Lake Road Project #ST 93-02 Dear Mr. Dobecka: Thank you for meeting with Doug Stevens and myself on Thursday, June 19, 1997 concerning the acquisition of right-of-way from your property. From our discussions in the field, it appears as though only one tree on your property will be impacted with this development. I have considered the conversation we had concerning the acquisition of right-of-way and offer the following: 1. The acquisition of the permanent right-of-way of 7,781 square feet for a purchase price of $3.00 / square foot. 2. The purchase of a temporary construction easement for $0.69 / square foot. 3. The construction of two driveway approaches approximately 12 foot wide by 15 foot long. Each drive approach will cost the City approximately $600 during construction. 7,781 sf x $3.00 682 sfx $.69 2 driveways x $600 = $23,343.00 (cash) = $470.58 (cash) = $1200.00 (service) Total = $25,013.58 (cash & service) From the above numbers, $23,813.58 will be the cash payment for the permanent right-of-way and the temporary construction easement. Along with that cash payment, the City will commit to constructing the two drive approaches. If this offer is agreeable to you, please sign below, return one copy to the City and it will be processed for approval at the next scheduled City Council meeting. After approval by Council, we can arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet to notarize the document in exchange for the check. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact this office at your convenience. Sincerely, Kex~neth M. Grifl~r~, P.E. Directing of Engineering and Public Works In Agreement: .~W~m R.
