RE: Unavailable Water Sewer Asbuilts - Lewisville South - City of Coppell
Keith,
I have four (4) Coppell Permits that I would like to submit to you
today. They are pursuant to Verizon's Lewisville Round Grove FTTP
Project. I will probably not have them ready to submit until some time
this afternoon. What is your schedule after lunch or when would be a
good time to drop off. Most of the concerns in your review letter
pertained to pre-construction and construction issues. These will be
addressed during the pre-construction meeting once a contractor has
chosen.
Please advise.
Thanks,
John Michael

Keith,
Pursuant to my previous phne mail meesage to you this morning. An issue
has come up pursuant to the permit drawings AmerissJerizon will be
submitting to the Coppell. In my 25+ years of ROW experience, I never
had to submit color coded permit drawings to a municipality. As long as
we have the utilities ID'd and the construction ID'd on the prints B/W
prints would be acceptable to the City of Coppell? Please advise as
this an exetremely important issue pursuant to printing cost.
Thank You,
John Michael

John,
In the area where we have no as-built information you will need to use
whatever means necessary to adequately locate the existing utilities and
produce plans for the permit application. We have utility location maps
here that would assist in these locations. Some of these areas may
require some field investigation to determine the location and depths of
our utilities.
Our public works staff may be able to assist you with the field location
of these utilities. Contact Glen Hollowell at (972) 462-5155 to make
these arraignments.
The Westfork addition has never been constructed, and therefore no
utilities exist.
Feel free to call with any questions or comments.

Verizon has several Work Orders (W.O.) that full on the jurisdiction of
Coppel whereas Scott has not had any asbuits available. Please advise
as to what direction Ameriss should take in providing this information
on the permit drawings.
The following W.O. in jeopardy are:
# 3PF01GP - Creek View North Addition - No Water or Sanitary Sewer
# 3PF01KH - Northlake Estates - No Water or Sanitary Sewer
# 3PF01FA- Northlake Woodlands 8 - No Sanitary Sewer
# 3PF01EX - Carter Addition - No Water
# 3PF01EX - Westford Addition - No water or Sanitary Sewer
I've cc'd Scott on this in case he has provided it and I've missed
recording on my spread sheet.
Please advise.
