I would like to request a meeting to view T.V. footage of storm sewer lines for the above mention project on
Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. Today is my first day back from vacation, and I noticed a few areas of concern
and ] am taking care of them today I spoke to the franchise contractor and he was instructed to clean streets
and repair silt fence damaged during installation of electric and gas mains. Murray should be coqnpfeted this
week and I instructed them not to leave the site until I inspected all erosion control measures. I pass thru the
site on Sunday doing my storm water inspection and look at the forms set for the ramps. I spoke to Gilco this
morning and told him to pour the ramps and told him not to forget about the traffic buttons-I will also have the
erosion control guy back out later this week to correct a few areas that need &ttontion, want Gilco and franchise
guy to finish.
