RE: Sidewalk along Samuel Blvd. ( Falls at Westmont )
Mr. Davis:
As you are aware, there are existing franchise utilities in conflict with our proposed sidewalk extension
along Samuel Blvd. near the southwest corner of the project. The applicable franchise utility companies
have provided us with bids for relocation of these utilities. Based on these bids, relocation of these
franchise utilities is not our desired course of action.
We have noticed that there are similar sidewalk/franchise utility conflicts along Samuel Blvd. located near
this site. No real corrective action was apparently taken at these similar locations as the power pole
remains in the middle of the sidewalk. Please advise us of any compromise that is available to us.
