The plans submitted today have been revised based upon the August 4, and August 18, comments from the city.
Attached are both of those letters for your reference. If you have any question, please contact me or David

Cover Sheet
1. The tree plans is no longer included in this plan set.
Minor Plat (Early grading plan) 1. The drainage easements have been called "Private Drainage Easements" on all sheets
2. The 75' and the 100' drainage easements have been dedicated by this plat.
3. We will have a copy of the mutual access easement for the adjoining property.
Erosion Control Plan (Early grading plan) 1. NA
2. The contractor has been notified about the situation.
3. A note has been added addressing the traffic control measures. (lower right corner)

Grading Plan
1. Easements have been changed.
2. The grading out side the property has been minimized and we are in contact with the adjacent property
owner about getting a written agreement to you.
3. The concrete no longer goes past the property line.
4. The area labeled "Grade to drain" has been moved inside the property line.
5. The tree numbers are no longer on the plans.
Drainage Area Map
1. The drainage area map now shows the fully developed flow of 428cfs. Provided by Teague, Nail and
Perkins
Storm Drain Channel 1. The channel is based on the fully developed flow.
2. Cross section on page C3.4 and C3.5 are now included. The riprap now does not cross the bottom of the
channel.
3. A detail of the rip rap has been added.
4. 8'x4' culvert is properly sized.
5. A written agreement for the grading out side the property line is in the process.
Storm Drain Plans
1. We have added 60 LF of 5'x2' box culvert.

Water and Waste Water Plan
1. The public water line on ends with a blow-off
2. We have checked our field shots and they match closely with Teague, Nail and Perkins. The flow lines of
the existing sanitary are too high to go under channel,
3. A note has been added addressing the waterline construction across Sandy Lake Road.
4. 45 degree bend are now used in cases where it will help.
