Subject: Standing water on upper Oakcrest Drive
Dear Mr. Mayor, City Councilmembers, City Manager, and Department heads:
I would like to thank Clay Phillips, the Coppell Deputy City Manager, for his quick and encouraging
response to my emait from Aug. 30. I would also like to mention that Debbie Ingrain from the Department
of Utilities also followed up with a rapid and proactive response.
Congratulations on a well organized and responsive team.
It seams there is now a plan in place to deal with our drainage problems. My neighbors and I greatly
appreciate this and are looking forward to the remedy. This may very well be a fairly wet Winter/Spring,
and having proper drainage will greatly improve our ability to manage our properties.
