Acquisition ofpe~manem right-of-way at $3.00/sq. ft. x 2,905 sq. ft. $8,715.00 2. Acquisition of temporary slope easement at $0.69/sq.ft. x 1,097 sq.ft. $ 756.93 3. No assessment for Sandy Lake Road improvements per the July 1, 1997 Council action (redevelopment of the property will require adhering to the City of Coppell's Roadway Impact Fee Ordinance). Total $9,471.93 Please note that no assessments will be placed against this property for the construction of the roadway. If this offer is agreeable to you, please sign below and return to me.
