Sorry for the delayed response. Once the R/W has been acquired and we have been given permission to complete our work, we will need 25 work days to perform our cut-over. Any permit approval delays are not included in that amount. The work days I show are from construction start to fiber cut-over completion. If you have additional questions, please let me know. Thanks, Allen Hemrich Project [Vlanager Central Region 360networks (USA) inc. ph: (817) 251-9814 faxwave: (775) 822-4961 cell: (210) 861-0533 allen.hemrich@360.net ..... Original Message ..... Allen: The City of Coppell is working with the firm of meague Nail & Perkins on the design of Sandy Lake Road, from SH 121 to Coppell Road N. The plans and specifications are 90% complete and the city is in the process of acquiring the right-of-way. I have spoken with Phil Porter several times about the project and I am aware that he is preparing the relocation plans for you. The city is trying to determine a bid date for the project and would appreciate the following information related to your facility: Once the right-of-way is acquired and the utilities asked to relocate, how long will it take for 360Networks to prepare relocation plans and relocate the facilities? Qwest has indicated that they will relocate in the same trench as you. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.
