We do not need to have a pre-design Charrette meeting ,but I need have
documentations that shows U had a neighborhood meeting. I have already
asked our Janet Norman/contract administrative to review PSA & comment.
When R U planning to have a neighberhood meeting ? Keep us posted.

Attached is the PSA along with the scoping sheets.
We entered into an agreement with Teague Nail & Perkins for the design
of Sandy Lake, from SH 121 to Denton Tap in 2000. They prepared a
schematic design for the entire roadway and are nearly complete with
the
final design of the first section (SH121 to Coppell Road N.)
They are ready to stad the design of the second section (Coppell Road
N. to Denton Tap). According to an example of a pre-design charette
provided to me by David McSwain, we need to have a neighborhood
meeting
and complete the preliminary design prior to having the pre-design
charette. I need to make sure that I do things in the correct order.
Please let me know.
