Acquisition of temporary slope easement at $0.69/sq. ft. x 2,083 sq. fi. 3. No assessment for Sandy Lake Road improvements per the July 1, 1997 Council action (redevelopment of the property will require adhering to the City of Coppell's Roadway Impact Fee Ordinance). $6,426.75 1,437.27 Total $7,864.02 Please sign, notarize and return the attached permanent and temporary slope easements. I have already begun the process of obtaining the check from the Finance Department. Once I have received the signed easements, the check will be mailed to you. For tax purposes, the Finance Department requires the Social Security Numbers of all persons receiving monies for right-of-way acquisition. I have provided a separate sheet for you to include the Social Secruity Numbers of: Marjorie R. Wynn; Sam G. Wynn, Jr.; and yourself. Please include this sheet when you return the executed easements. It is our intent to put this project out to bid in March 1998. Therefore, the right-of-way needs to be acquired prior to that date so that any utility relocations can take place.
