response to your comments received September 2.2(}04. We have responded to your comments as

Cover Sheet -
1. Reference the correct lot & block of the addition on thc cover document, and add thc plat
docmncnt into the engineerin= set.

Site Layout & Paving Plan -
1. lhe background screened-out information is very difficult to read on all of these sheets.

2. Within the title block (applicable to all sheets) reference the appropriate addition which is Lot 3
Block A of Sandy Lake Addition.

3. Add the wording "Use silicone joint sealer" to the paxing and oint details.

4. There is no reference to using lime stabilization. The City of Coppell requires a 6" lime
stabilized subgradc to x~hicb there is a variance poss b e, ~owever the variance must be requested
in ~ riling.

Make sure the subgrade is compacted to 95% dcnsit).

Our minimum pavement section is a 5-sack concrete mix design.
