Dowdey, Anderson & Associates 5225 Village Creek Dr, Suite 200 Piano TX 75093 RE: The Mercantile Addition, Phase 2 Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Caruthers: The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition. These plans meet our current minimum standards. You may now submit copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. Please refer to the Development Fee Assessment letter of August 4, 2004 for a list of those fees. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include dirt work, paving, stom~ drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For all installations in public right-of-way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee. A cheek for inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a copy of the contract(s) with the appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes.
