Fence at Woodridge Addition
I received a call from Council Member Stahly regarding an inquiry she had from
a citizen relating to the condition of the fence in the Woodridge Addition at
MacArthur and Sandy Lake Road.
I would appreciate any input you can give me regarding the City's position relating
to maintenance of this fence. It appears there is an interest, at least on the part of
one Council Member, to involve us in this situation. And I would like some
history as to whether or not this would set a precedent relating to developer
maintenance.
