Show any off-site drainage that may impede this site. Utility Plan 1. The water line on the west side of this property is public, and the line on the east side is private. The line you are proposing will be private. 2. Construct a vault with DDC where you connect to the public line. 3. Irrigation and domestic water shall be off the public line. 4. The vault and meters should be located with a public utility easement. 5. An FDC needs to be provided and located within 50 feet of a fire hydrant.
