You will need permission from adjacent property owner for fire lane and access to cross your property line. Preliminary Utility Plans 1. Provide preliminary grading and drainage plans for review. 2. Set a vault with a DDC within the utility easement on your fire line. 3. Engineering will need to review details of the inlet relocation during full engineering review. 4. Domestic and irrigation meters should be offthe public water line in the street rather than the proposed fire line.
