I. Remove utility easements from area of private utilities.
2. Provide a pem~anent drainage easement over the existing inlet structure in the northwest
comer of' the property.
Utility Plan
1. Locate water meters within the right-of-way.
2. Construct vault with DDC in 25' x 25' utility easement over fire line.
3. Provide some documentation indicating an agreement is in place to share maintenance and
cost sharing between property owners for the private water line.
4. Locate the FDC adjacent to the proposed fire hydrant.
5. Provide private utility easements over shared water line.
6. Sewer will need to be extended along the east property line from the existing manhole in the
right-of-way to the manhole to the northeast of this development. No trees should be
planted within the utility easement.
