Dear Mr. Marvin:
Coppell Townhouses LLC has submitted the most current engineering plans to TXU and
has received a letter of permission to drain onto their right of way.
They did request a detail of the one outlet that is draining out into their property and such
a detail was provided (see attached). The condition being that we will not cause scour or
erosion.
