Brighton Manor-CS040930From: Keith Marvin To: Louviere, Rodney Date: 9/30/2004 3:40:47 PM Subject: Re: Brigthon Manor Rodney, We would entertain a request for an early release of building permits on the lots contained in blocks A and C. No final acceptance, or release of building permits would be issued for the remainder of the lots until the drain system is completed. This means your maintenance bond period would not begin until that final acceptance is issued. In order for this early release to take place, you will need to send a written request signed by the developer, and acknowledging the above conditions to the early release. Feel free to call with any questions or comments. Keith R. Marvin, P.E. Scott is very busy and may not be able to design the system for another week or so, is there any way that a partial acceptance can be granted. Maybe release the lots that are not affected by the system?
