The City of Coppell Engineering Department provided inspection service at the referenced
location on Saturday, May 15 and on Saturday, May 22, 2004. A total of eight hours was
charged to your company for those two dates. The charges were $160.00 for each day. The City
of Coppell has no record of reimbursement for these inspections. If you have a receipt showing
these amounts were paid, please send it to the attention of Rhonda Brothers, Engineering Dept.,

If the charges have not been paid please send a copy of this letter along with your check for
$320.00, payable to the City of Coppell to the following address:
