RE: Old Coppell Townhomes
Dear Mr. Jones:
On September 14, 2004 a walk-through inspection was conducted for the referenced project.
It appears that all punchlist items have been completed. At this time, the remaining
requirements for sign-off on the CO must be supplied. They are as follow:
1. Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of
work performed in the public right-of-way and easements for a 2-year period beginning
on the date of final acceptance.
2. Provide an erosion control escrow or bond in an amount equal to 100% of the cost of
erosion control structures installed in this phase.
3. Payment of overtime inspection fees of $320.00 (see attached).
Once these items have been received, I will sign off on the CO and send a final acceptance
