Dear Mr. Littleton:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppcll Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for thc referenced development.
Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell il2 the anaount of $113,66325 and
forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a
portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to filing of the final plat. Please note tl~at the Texas
Legislature, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer Impact Fees until tho
issuance of a Building Permit. Please provide a copy of the }mgineer's estimate or contract to our office
so the 2'3/0 & 4% construction inspection fee can be xe~itied. The construction inspection fees must be
paid prior to the scheduled pre-construction meeting.
The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by
separate check at the new Public Works Serxice Center, 810 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered
when those fees are paid.
