Dear Keith,
Jackson-Shaw / Vista Point II Limited Partnership, as Owner of the property noted above,
hereby agrees to indemnify and forever hold harmless the City of Coppell Texas against
each and every claim, demand, or cause of action that may be made or come against it by
reason of or in any way arising out of revisions required to the Final Engineering
Construction Plans pusuant to City plan review, that differ from those Engineering
Construction Plans submitted and approved under an early grading and excavation permit
issued by the City of Coppell, for work associated with construction of Owner's
development, known as Vista Point II.
