An inspection of the referenced project was conducted by representatives of the City of Coppell
prior to the expiration date of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following item needs to be resolved prior to October 17, 2004:
The ADA ramp on Town Center Drive must be re-stained as the
color has worn off in an unacceptably short amount of time.

correct this deficiency.
