We had attorney review the agreement and most recent letter sent to us
by Explorer. Our stance is that we still do not agree with the
agreement and will not sign.
We have one of the parcels and are really close on the other two.

I just received the Construction and Maintenance Agreement from
Explorer Pipeline. Where does Grapevine stand with Explorer - you had
said that they had sent you an agreement that you were reviewing. Is
Grapevine going to have to expose the pipeline prior to construction?
Explorer indicated in our meeting that they were working with
Grapevine
on an agreement to expose the pipeline.
