The following is the statistical nuts and bolts of the progress on the project as of 9/28/04:
1 ) They have used 93 days. The total for the project is 300. Therefore, they have used 31% of the time
(93/300).
2) They have installed 3,303 feet of pipe (bore and open cut). The total is 8,707 (bore and open cut).
Therefore, they have installed 38% of the total pipe (3303/8707).
3) They have installed 2,421 feet of the bore. The total bore length is 7,826. Therefore, they have
installed 31% of the bore (2421/7826).
4) They have 4,708 feet of bore left on MacArthur to get to the Deforest Lift Station and 697 feet of bore
left to go under Sandy Lake to the Sandy Lake Lift Station. Total remaining to bore is 5,405 feet (4708 +
697). All open cut has been installed.
All in all, given the problems that we have had, we are still on schedule in regard to the time bid on the
project.
