Operations Observed:
Roofers were observed placing 4'x4'x1" fesco insulation
fastened metal deck. Three plies of Ply IV fiber glass felt
placed in hot asphalt over insulation.
JWork Completed: I Insulation: 18,225 Sq.ft Membrane: 18,225 Sq.ft
Base Flashing: 225 If.
Comments: All work observed appears to be in compliance with project specifications.
