Operations Observed:
Roofers were observed placing 4'x4'xl" fesco insulation board
and mechanically fastened to metal deck in 190 pattern is 12' of
perimeter and 160 pattern in field of the mol, Afterwards three
plies of Ply IV fiberglass felt was placed in hot asphalt over
insulation.
