AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
A PUBLIC (-S'~'~) (ALLEY) ~N T~E CITY O~
COPPELL, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Commission of the City of Coppell, after careful study
and consideration, has determined that the portion of the above named
(street) (alley) hereinafter specifically described, is not being
used by, nor useful nor convenient to the public in general; therefore,
it consitutes a public charge without a corresponding public benefit,
and the public would be better served and benefited by its vacation
and abandonment;
NOW, TEEREEORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That portion of ~ ~llfq ~$%~.J)'~ ,
a public street in such city, phrticularly described in Exhibit No.
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes,
is hereby vacated and abandoned as a public (ct~c~=) (alley).
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage as provided by law.
